Ingredients: Pea protein, soup seasoning [salt, yeast extract, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, tomato powder, green bell pepper powder, carrot powder, silicon dioxide, natural flavor, and celery powder], Mirepoix powder [salt, yeast extract, garlic powder, sugar, onion powder, tapioca maltodextrin, carrot powder, celery powder, spice, silicon dioxide, and natural flavor], potassium chloride, silicon dioxide, xanthan gum, sodium chloride, and parsley flakes (dried).
Directions: Add 2 scoops (32.5 g) to 8 ounces of hot water and stir until dissolved. You may also add the powder to cold water and microwave for one minute to heat. More water may be added to thin the consistency of the soup. DO NOT mix hot liquids in a blender or shaker bottle.
