Uses
Temporarily relieves PMS symptoms such as discomfort, aches, bloating, and irritability.

Directions (adults and children 12 years and older)
Dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth morning and evening. Children under 12 years: not recommended.

Warnings
Do not use if blister seal is broken.
