Magnesium Ascorbate 100 caps

Magnesium Ascorbate, (formerly Ester-C Mag)is a buffered, non-acidic form of vitamin C (pH of 7.0), which is generally gentler to the stomach than ascorbic acid, and is well tolerated by the bowel.*

Each capsule contains: Vitamin C (as Magnesium Ascorbate) 500 mg Magnesium (as Magnesium Ascorbate) 35 mg Other ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules one to three times daily between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
